- Monday Evening
Technical Events including Jumps, Hurdles and Long Throws, Hammer, Discus and Javelin (athletes by invitation by Coaching Staff only) - 18:00 to 20:00.
- Tuesday and Thursday Evenings
Track and Field

| Development Group Training to Train for U17s - 18:30 to 20:00 |

Road Running / Off Road / Trail Running - Seniors
Usually split into 2 or 3 groups to cater for various abilities (can be steady run, hills, interval etc) - usually between 7 and 10 miles. During the lighter evenings groups might head over to Sandall Beat Woods or various footpaths around the Potteric Carr area. In the winter months groups run around the roads in Cantley / Bessacarr / Intake / Balby etc - 18:30 to 20:00.

By invitation of Coaches to work on a specific need.
- Time Trials
Members of Doncaster Athletic Club can compete against the clock and other club members in a series of six Time Trails which take place between October and March. These take place around the Town Fields - the distance is just under 5 miles. These are professionally organised by Roy Veal and provide a great way to monitor your performance.
