Calling all Doncaster A.C. members
Please let me know if you are available to help at our open meeting on Bank Holiday Monday 31st August.
We need volunteers for the following
Around 10 people to help with moving and adjusting hurdles on the track between 11 a.m. - 11.30 a.m. approx
3 - 4 people to volunteer to make sandwiches in their own homes, all costs will be reimbursed. 1 person to buy all other snacks for officials lunches, full itemised list supplied and costs reimbursed. To be delivered to stadium by 11.a.m.
4 - 6 people to help with admissions, issuing numbers, selling programmes taking entries on the day.
2-3 or more to sort out raffle, arrange prizes, sell tickets.
2 people or 2 groups of people to sort out and present medals.
1 assistant required to help me prepare the results.
Field officials or assistant field officials - the more people we have working on the field raking sand pits, retrieving javelins etc. the further we can spread around the qualified officials to get all the events running quicker and more smoothly.
3-4 more people to help with marking out, setting out equipment during the day.

Please remember this is a major fund raising day for Doncaster A.C. and any additional funds we can raise help to keep down membership costs and provide transportation and funding for athletes competition. The more people that can get involved, the more successful the day will be.
