A big thank you to everyone who took competed, officiated and helped in our 2nd Bank Holiday Open meeting. Everyone's contribution is greatly appreciated, it takes a huge army of people to keep things moving, and quite a few volunteers doing things they have not done before. Due to the huge numbers of entries on the day, computerised results will take a few days to collate. Thanks for your patience and hope everyone enjoyed the meeting. A big well done to Steve Harrison, meeting manager and Club Director for getting so many people on board for this open event.
There will be a club meeting in a couple of weeks, to discuss what went well and any changes required for the next event. This was the first meeting we have organised ourselves and we need to meet the challenges head on and together as a club.
