DEAR MEMBERS, AND PARENTS OF JUNIOR MEMBERS

The Directors and Member’s Committee would like, on an ongoing basis, to keep everyone associated with the club, as informed as possible, of the various activities that may have recently taken place, or may be due to take place, that relate to club matters. We currently try to do this by means of announcements, posters, the Club Newsletter, and by postings on the club website. To further increase this distribution of information, we would like to create a database of member’s email addresses, which would be used for circulating this information, messages from Team Managers, or for occasionally contacting specific individuals. This facility would also help to reduce the amount of time, and money spent in printing off newsletters, and handouts that, quite often, end up in the bottom of a kit bag, and never re-surface until it is too late.

DAC Cross Country Club Championship at Campsall Park, on Saturday 16th October 2010", for all members 8yrs upwards, track athletes and road runners. Prizes will be presented at the Presentation Evening in February 2011. This event will replace Club awards for completing the South Yorkshire XC Races but wil not effect South Yorkshire League results. Entries and numbers will be available soon. £3 entry charge for under 17s, £5 for 17s and over.
