Why not try out our fun middle distance running course, open to all aged 8 to 15. Each session will include drills and games, as well as activities to develop your fitness and pacing skills. After just 6 weeks we aim for you to be able to run for 1 mile or for 15 minutes, in addition to having improved running technique and agility.
