We can now confirm that the Town Centre Races have been re-scheduled to take place on Wednesday 18th July 2018. We understand that you may have other arrangements for the revised date or have entered another race, preventing you from taking part on the 18th July. The following process has been put in place to cater for these changes with the following options.
- ENTERING THE RACES ON 18TH JULY:
Your entry to the race on the 11th July is still valid and will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you entered prior to the 30th June your race number and chip has been posted to you, after that date you must collect your number and chip from race HQ, open from 5.30pm at The Danum Mercur Hotel, Doncaster Town Centre.
The race entry date has now been extended to midnight Monday 16th July 2018.
2. RACE FEE REFUND:
If you are seeking to have your race fee re-funded you must send your name, date of birth and race number to Bookitzone if you paid on-line (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Send email to Kev.email@example.com if you paid by any other means.
If you paid on line your race fee will be electronically transferred onto your payment card, any other method you will be sent a cheque, once your claim has been validated. NO REFUND APPLICATIONS CAN BE ACCEPTED AFTER MIDNIGHT WEDNESDAY 11TH JULY.
Please note once payment has been authorised your name and race number will be removed from the race entry list.
- RACE ENTRY TRANSFER TO 2019:
If you would like your entry to be transferred to next years race, which will be taking place on Wednesday 10th July 2019, send your name, date of birth and race number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be sent a new number and chip for the 2019 race and your 2018 number will be void.
