Results update 25 May 2015 – Askern 10k and parkruns

Doncaster AC are hosting a number of exciting events including an Endurance Evening on the track, 8 July and 3 road / trail races.

Askern 10k – 20 May 2015

Anyone looking for a flat 10k might consider the Laxton 10k – 8 July 2015.

A lovely evening for racing, 42 Doncaster AC Athletes took part with lots of runners hitting PB’s or seasons best times. Askern had to cope with taking 300 entries on the night so the start was delayed by 15 minutes. A record 773 runners completed the race this year.

Results were published the same evening so again top marks to Askern.

First home for Doncaster was Simon Wright who was first M50 runner. Mick Page was first V60 runner home and Phil Bussey was first M65 runner home.
