National Cross Country Championships – 27 February 2016
A much better course than the Northern one but still tough, muddy and hilly. Thank you to all who represented the club.
U17 Women, Molly Butterworth finished in 105th place with a time of 23:17. 238 athletes finished.
U15 Boy, George Westerman finished in 211th place with a time of 19:26. 367 athletes finished.
U17 Men, George Phillips had an amazing run finishing in 26th place with a time of 20:47. Rhys Gibson finished not far behind, in 100th place with a time of 22:20. 243 athletes finished.

Manchester Winter Run 10k – 28 February 2016
Well done to Partially Sighted runner Claire Bunting on completing her first 10k road race. Harewood House (Short) Half Marathon – 28 February 2016
Well done to Kevin Waugh who made his comeback to running about a year ago, initially targeting a parkrun about 8 months ago and today running a tough Half Marathon.
Wayne and Martin did the double running in the National Cross Country championships yesterday (8 miles) and running this 18 hours after.
