2015 / 2016 Cross Country Information
To enter these events you must have paid your UK Athletics fee for this year. If you are not sure please check at the cabin where payment can be made if necessary.
For the South Yorkshire Cross Country League numbers should be available from the track mid September, once again Doncaster AC will be selling these numbers for £5 which is a subsidised cost to the athletes. Our club championships will be based on out athletes best 3 finishing positions out of 3 of the 4 races (including the last race) – so you must do 3 of the 4 including the last one to count. First 3 in each age group to be awarded.
For the Northern Cross Country Relays (17 October 2015) Graves Park, Sheffield) please submit names for complete teams to Martin James and the entry will be made, no later than 6 October – List here.
For the National Cross Country Relays on 31 October (Mansfield) we are taking names now, Paul Brown is taking names for the Senior Women, Martin James is taking names for the senior men and Kev Lincoln is taking names for all other age groups. The closing date is 9th October but please let us know well in advance!
For the Yorkshire, Humbershide, Northern and National Cross Country Championships please pass on your names to Martin James who will arrange the entry this year. Please give the entry money to Martin, upon completion of the events you may request a refund of the entry fee of you may donate the fee to the club.
