5k time trial results and graduation for beginner runners

In addition, we are very proud of our most recent beginners who graduated last night by 
running the time trial, only 9 weeks ago they were not runners and they all completed the 5k time trial route! We now look forward to integrating the new graduates into our intermediate groups whilst we deliver another beginners course which started this week.
