Please contact me via Facebook/messenger or mobile 07792813045 to let me have your selections for the next EIS- on December 4th-if you are doing High Jump I also need your season/PB So you can be placed in the correct pool.

Please pass this on to anyone you know – it is vital I receive your replies by 28th November after which you will be unable to enter any throws or jump events.

Also any questions on the day of the event you must go to the Club manager which is myself, Jude or Bill. Do NOT go to the event organisers.

Club vests must be worn, available from the cabin.
