Weekly training schedule

Mondays 4.30pm to 6pm:

Throws and endurance (by invitation)

Tuesdays 5.30pm to 8pm:

Full membership night. All ages from 8 years upwards – all events.

Wednesdays 4.30pm to 6pm:

Endurance (by invitation)

Thursdays 5.30pm to 8pm:

Full membership night. All ages from 8 years upwards – all events.

Saturdays 9am to 10am:

Under 8 years (from 5 to 7 years old)
