A/C’s reviewed and updated
Bookings for the facility are still coming in and prove to be a good source of income.
Stadium still being services by Greg’s company
EA affiliations
An increase in the competition fee will be passed on to members
Coach Development
Disability Inclusion course (5 attendees)
Athletic Coach Assistant course for young people to take place on the 12th April. Club numbers agreed. KL
Non-members are attending training groups without first going to the Saturday Club. Agreed athletes should initially attend on a Saturday.
Discussion on senior coach encouraging younger athletes to become part of their group. To be addressed with coach in question LG/ KL
Open Meeting 11th May 2014
Generally OK. Shortage of field officials but anticipated this will be resolved. Results personnel agreed, parking and first aid in place and equipment in place SH
Site Maintenance
3year planning agreement for container approved, 5 year on Porta-kabin. KL
Discussion took place on possibility of having a permanent building in the place of the cabin
Discussion on flagpoles (10) siting and flags to be displayed SH
Flower containers being planted GW
Road Races
Update given, entries are coming in KL/GW
T&F Development
Scotland. Update given, costing given and prices agreed TW
Winter Training
Venues discussed, Hall X lower school gym a possibility KL
AOB
Equipment left out at end of training, coaches to be notified KL
Possibility of U8year olds being allowed a session at the track KL
Next meeting will be held on Wednesday the 7th May, 6-30 at the Police Club.
