Note, all the races go in different order with the Men off at 11:00.  Check your start times below!

Information about the Championships is now on the website, and also attached to this email. A few points to remember – Latest information at this link:

1. Seniors run first. Men go at 11am followed by Ladies.
2. New registrations accepted until the start of the event, but it helps me if you can get them in before the day.
3. If someone cannot stay for presentations, it helps me if their award can be collected by someone else.

Apart from that, it’s just another cross country event.
