Yorkshire Cross Country Championships – 7 January 2016
27 Doncaster AC runners competed at this excellent event, conditions were good with not much mud and mild dry still conditions.
For the team positions, 3 for the junior, 4 for the ladies and 6 for the men to count. Our Junior Men won bronze and Rhys has been put on the reserve list for the Country. Our Ladies fielded 2 teams (last year we did not have a team) and they finished 15th and 28th. Our men finished in 11th 
place out of 31 teams.
Wishing Callum Wilson a speedy recovery and thank you to Shaz Wood for helping Karen who is feeling much better now. Thank you to James Westerman for guiding Sharon.
Thanks to Bill and Kevin for getting the gazebo and flag up, we had the best facilities of any club on site!
Special mention to Nicola Devine who ran at Doncaster Parkrun, finishing 1st lady before driving over to Lightwater Valley and racing hard again.
