Leeds Abbey Dash – 16 November 2014
Cracking results from Leeds today, some excellent PB’s in what looked like great conditions.
Well done everyone, great to see the club turning out so many runners.
Some quotes from facebook:
Becci “So so so proud of us! 10k run without stopping or walking once! And both got PB’s whilst we were at it! In your face to everyone that said we’d never keep up running! ”
Chris Pye “Started today with a 10k pb of 40:37,abbey dash done, new 10k pb now stands at 38:48,well pleased ”
Gary “Leeds Abbey Dash 10k done, watch says 40:49, another big PB. Pleased considering I’ve not felt tip top since Great North Run. Still a bit more to be squeezed out I think.”
Michael “No running for 12 days but still managed to do a PB for 10k. It’s not quite what I wanted but a PB is a PB.”
Kelly “Leeds abby dash done!! 1.14 for me 1.15 for Becci. Pbs again!! Boom!!”
