SYSAA SPECIAL RECOGNITION AWARDS FOR THREE OF OUR ATHLETES
In recognition of the achievements of young athletes that have represented South Yorkshire Schools’ at National or International level on multiple occasions, three Doncaster AC athletes this evening received awards for the Deputy Major at Rotherham Town Hall.
SPECIAL AWARD CERTIFICATES
These are awarded to athletes that have competed 10 times or more for South Yorkshire Schools. There have only been 8 athletes that have achieved this standard since records begin at the SYSAA. Two of these are:
AIDEN DAVIES – Who represented SYSAA on 13 occasions:
- ESAA Combined events – 5 times (four National and one International)
- ESAA Individual Track & Field – 5 times (four National and one International)
- ESAA Cross Country – 3 times
LUCY CHAPPELL – Who represented SYSAA on 11 occasions:
- ESAA Combined Events – 6 times
- ESAA Individual Track & Field – 5 times
GOBLET FOR 4 OR MORE APPEARANCES
Awarded to MOLLY BUTTERWORTH who has, so far,
represented SYSAA 4 times.
3 times at ESAA Cross Country and once at ESAA Track & Field Champs (with hopefully more to come this year!)
