County Championships T&F and Masters August 2021
Summary of last weekends competition, full DAC results after photos.
Michael Bates ran another PB in the 200m and reached Paralympic Standard! Not bad for a 45Yr old . Just wish I had done it 3 weeks agao for GB selection. Been a tough 2 weeks , injury/ niggles.
Ellie competed in the Humberside County Championships yesterday, due to the small amount of entries she competed in 400mH with the men, in doing so she managed to get a pb and a UK ranking and then came 2nd in triple jump.
Callie came 1st in HJ at the weekend Came 1st in the Northern championships at Hull and is now heading to the UK games in Loughborough next week.
Lack of triple jumpers but Amy Cotton got a PB on the 7 metre board. Proud mum Xx
Aalisa came 3rd in 300 metres today and 4th in 100 metres final.
Aalisa came 3rd again today in long jump 4.71 metres. This weekend has been a very good competition for every one seen some great sportsman ship between different clubs aswel which is also nice to see
Rafi got a p.b at Yorkshire Championships with 11.37 at 100m. Getting him 1st on the day.
2nd place for Ellie Barnes today in the 75m hurdles final,her smile says it all !!!!Thanks Les Grant for all for all of your support over this weekend and in training

British Masters Results
Anthony Burnistone ran in the M55 100m finishing with a time of 12.44 in 3rd place.
Darran Askew ran in the M50 100m finishing with a time of 13.96 in 6th place.
Anthony Browne ran in the M40 100m finishing with a time of 11.80 in 4th place.
Anthony Burnistone ran in the M55 200m finishing with a time of 26.04 in 4th place.
Anthony Browne ran in the M40 200m finishing with a time of 23.63 in 2th place.
Darren Otter jumped in the M45 high jump winishing with a height of 1.65 in 1st place.
Darran Askew threw in the M50 shot finishing with a distanence of 11.42 in 5th place.
Humberside Results
Eleanor Kealey ran the 400m Hurdles in 74:25 finishing 1st.
Eleanor Kealey jumped 9.69m in the tripple jump finishing in 3rd place.
Henry Cullen ran the 1500m in 4:22:25 finishing 5th.
Hugo Cullen threw 7.17m in the shot finishing 5th
