Wimlslow Half Marathon – 24 March 2013
Carl ran at the Wimlslow Half Marathon finishing in 8th place with a time of 70:50. The winning time was 64:54 (Joe MacDonald Cardiff/Loughborough Uni/Butler Uni).
Carl Said “Pleased with today! 70mins half in difficult conditions on back of big mileage. 8th place in a quality race. 4 weeks to go. Warm up for London. But in -1 c and 25mph wind it wasn’t very warm. It will take me 4 weeks to thaw out!”
Carl is currently ranked 5th on power of 10 for 10 miles from his PB at the Snake Lane 10.
