Endurance runners time trial
The traditional Town Moor time Trial starts again next Tuesday….23rd October 2017. We meet up on Town moor Avenue from 6:00 to start running at 6:30. Numbers will be issued from 6pm and all the runners are setting off at 6:30pm this time.
It is then 3 laps of the course which is shown here. This is an excellent event where all the club comes together, it is very sociable and also an excellent training tool, with the slower runners having their chance to finish a race in 1st position and the faster runners there are targets to chase.
The total distance is just under 5 miles, all on tarmac. We hope to put a marshal or 2 out on the course.
