Woodland Hog Challenge – 10.9km – 13 October 2013
On a wet Sunday morning 234 runners took part in this new off road trail race at Wadworth. It was on narrow woodland paths with lots of gentle / not so gentle hills. This really was a fun event and hopefully it will become a regular local race.
Tony O’Connor is really struggling after running the Epworth Half so special mention to Tony, I’m sure you will be back to top form soon.

Gruesome Twosome
Congratulations to Doncaster AC’s Jayne Baldwin who along with Gary Thomas set a new course record finishing first in the mixed pairs (Jayne was also first lady to finish). They ran a time of 93:30 which is fantastic on a tough mixed terrain half marathon in wet weather.
