Valencia Marathon – 20/11/2016

International runner Neil Wood ran in Spain in this marathon.  Neil is an IronMan and Ultrarunner with some massive ultra races in 2017.  Great running and good recovery position below.

City 2 Sea Melbourne 5k – 20/11/2016

Flying the flag for Doncaster AC in Australia, Tracey Ellis enjoyed this 5k race, she wrote “Well I did it not my fastest time but I enjoyed it and got the chance to run with my brother “

Preston 10 Mile – 20/11/2016

Bill wrote “Only a few hours back from doing my hometown Preston 10 miler and considering my limited training in the last few months my (self timed ) 85:43 will do very nicely thank you”.

Clowne Half Marathon – 20/11/2016

Well done to Mark Webster running a PB on this hilly, windy and cold half marathon, he ran a PB of 1:50:03.  Fantastic running Mark!

Skegness 10k – 20/11/2016

Well done Dave who finished in 38th place, brilliant running “Massive PB again today at Skegness 10k. 43:23 over 2 mins off previous best. Good times”
