Thunder Run 2016 – Who is interested?  So far we have a solo runner, a male pair and part of a mixed team of 6 or 8, its a fantastic event (10k loops on a hilly course ran as a relay for 24 hours) – 3 nights camping included in the price.

Askern 10 Mile – 9 August 2015

Totally different conditions from last year which was quite wet, 25 degrees today with not much shade.

A good win for Doncaster AC athlete Carl Ryde with Simon Wright finishing 3rd overall.  James Osbourne ran his first 10 mile road race and Martin James incorporated the race into a 3 hour long run totaling 24.6 miles.  Hopefully Paul Bond is ok now after suffering at the finish.  Top running everyone and thank you to Askern for hosting this great event.
