VOLUNTEER DAY TASKS SATURDAY 13TH APRIL 2024
- CABIN: Remove security panels, seal, and re-paint sills. Paint outside of front of cabin. Remove all ground weeds from front.
- Paint black, safety barriers, outside toilet doors.
- Paint inside of male and female toilet walls.
- Deep clean stand.
- Clean announcers’ box and office in cabin.
- Litter pick.
- Wash buggy.
- Re-plant flowers
- Paint white bottom border of stand.
- Replace both long jump boards.
- Refill long jump pits.
- Clean out equipment room.
- Empty and tidy alarm store.
- Clean plastic/wooden tables.
- Put in place steeple chase jumps/ test water supply to water jump.
- Empty and re-fill bins.
- Re-paint white shot area, remove all weeds on approach path, re-set throwing tapes.
- Remove grass, weeds, and moss from throws net area.
- Collect all spare cones from around the site.
- Move old picnic table to storage near container.
PLEASE ARRIVE AROUND 9.30AM. SARNIES AT 10AM, FREE DRINKS ALL DAY. PIZZA AT 12.30PM.
