DAC Summer Time Trial Registration 21 June 2022

Runners are invited to our Summer Time Trial on 21 June 2022, meeting from 6pm at the Town Fields Sports Club, first runners off 6:30. The full course is 4.8 miles. All abilities are welcome, the runners can set off in any order they wish.

We do have younger people taking part as well as senior runners looking for a shorter run who may do 1, 2 or 3 laps (each lap is 1.6 miles). It is up to parents to decide if children should take part. We try to marshal the route on the corners but there are straight sections which are not marshalled. All of the route is on pavements at the edge of roads, however the section at the top of the Town Fields is on a quiet road with no pavements.

The course is all on tarmac and it is clockwise around the perimiter of the Town Fields. After the run you are invited to have a drink at the Sports Club. The following link gives a map of the route.
