For people wanting to start running who feel they have low fitness levels we offer a new running group called Doncaster Pacers. This is a no-nonsense fun course that will make you feel great without the need to follow strange diets and take pills, at the end you should be able to run for 30 minutes or run 5k. Our first group starts on the 4 February, places are limited so don’t delay in getting your place reserved, full details here.
The course offers great value for money at £40 for 9 weeks of coached training sessions delivered over 22 days. At the end of the course you can join Doncaster Athletic Club for just £25 (and this includes a vest). So all you pay until 2015 is £65 for the full use of our 1st class training, coaching and changing facilities. We now have 501 members so we have a great community of all abilities!
