Very well done to Dean Bousfield who competed for the British Armed Forces team at the Invictus Games last week, winning a bronze medal in the seated discus.

Scunthorpe parkrun – 20 September 2014
Kevin and Phil were first 2 age graded athletes to finish. Kev ran a 7 second PB and Phil a 12 second PB on the course. The are both the age group record holders on the course.

Rosemary was the first age graded athlete to finish and she ran a 53 second PB on the course. Rosemary is also the age group record holder for the course.

Clumber Park parkrun – 20 September 2014
Lee-Ann is a regular runner at the Clumber park parkrun and Lee-Ann started running with the Pacers about 3 weeks ago. She ran a PB on the course this week by 8 seconds.

Doncaster parkrun – 20 September 2014
1st Man to finish was Justin Twomey and 1st lady to finish was Georgina Weston, good running guy’s.
Next Saturday is the Doncaster parkrun is 1 year old and to celebrate people are invited to bake and fetch cake to share.
PB for Vicky Royle by 27 seconds, that’s 10 consecutive PB’s for Vicky with an improvement of almost 8 minutes since her first run!
