Tough 10 – 3 September 2016
Nathan Robinson is working very hard to improve his times, well done at this 10 mile race, which he said was ok and not too hilly. He finished in 59th place with a time of 1:16:17.
No Walk in the Park 5k – 3 September 2016
Good running from Phil Bussey whi was first V65 man to finish with a time of 20:45 (23rd overall).
Wilne 10k – 4 September 2016
This is a very fast 2 lap course, just about as flat as 10k races come on traffic free roads. Bad luck to Chris Pye who had to retire, all the best for next weekend 5k.
Martin James and Simon Scully both ran PB’s and Ben was pleased with his time. Definitely a race to consider for next year if your looking to run a PB towards the end of the year.

Tholthorpe 10k – 4 September 2016
Derrian Beer finished in 275th place with a time of 62:55. “10k Done. Didn’t beat 
last years time & no PB, but never mind, I did it & did my best under the circumstances.”
Wetherby 10k – 4 September 2016
Stephen Fox finished in 84th place with a time of 43:04. “Represented Donny AC at Wetherby 10k (entry on the day) Pleased with 43mins 04 to sneak under 7 minute mile pace. The field wasn’t quite as competitive as the Wilne 10k – that time placed me 84th out of 694 at Wetherby whereas at Wilne I would have finished 218th ! (out of 926). Still it’s progress for me & I’m happy with that”.
