Bronze for Alice Howe
Well done to senior Doncaster AC athlete Alice Howe who competed last weekend at the British Universities and Colleges track and field championships at Bedford. Alice was one of the 4 x 100m women athletes from Birmingham university that won a creditable bronze medal with a time of 48.06s in the final, behind teams from Brunel and Bath universities.
