Open Meeting:We are hoping to run a tombola stall to raise money for club funds, at our Open Meeting on 28th May, any body prepared to volunteer to manage it?
The Killers opening night at the Keepmoat Stadium is next Tuesday (24 May) evening. we have been advised not to open next Tuesday due to extreme traffic congestion.
Saturday 28th/Sunday 29th May.HELP NEEDED:28th is our Open Meeting. 29th Rotherham Harriers have hired our site for their UYDL home fixture. Rotherham will provide some set up staff.Both days 8am start.
Club fobs:We now have a number of fobs to be collected from the cabin.
Track Re-spraying.Due to the recent weather conditions the track re-spraying will not be finished until the weekend.The engineers have asked us to leave the weekend free therefore Saturday Junior Club is cancelled.Hopefully back next week on the day of our Open Meeting.
